24-Hour Care Group Homes With more than 10 group homes across the community, each home is thoughtfully matched to the personalities, interests, and needs of the people who live there. Each home serves three clients in a warm, residential setting — whether that's a quiet home for women who love crafting and morning walks, or an energetic household of young men who bond over video games and bike rides. We celebrate every lifestyle and support every level of care.

Supported Living Program (SLP) Our Supported Living Program offers two flexible pathways. We can bring caregiving support directly into a client's own home, complete with a structured caregiver schedule and 24/7 on-call availability — so help is always just a phone call away. Alternatively, Rise & Shine can provide housing to clients at a reduced rate, with a full caregiver schedule and around-the-clock support included.

In-Home Hourly Care For individuals who need scheduled support without the on-call component, our In-Home Hourly program offers consistent, reliable caregiving that fits naturally into daily life. This program is often built around people who matter most — frequently staffed by trusted friends and family members who already know and love the client.
