Rise & Shine offers a comprehensive training program: the Rise & Shine Academy! The RS Academy focuses on client-centered practices and philosophy in addition to the state-required trainings provided to all of our staff.

We take our trainings seriously. We don’t just have goals; we have a mission. It is our priority to embed our mission of supporting our clients in living their best life not just in theory, but also in application. In our Rise & Shine Academy, we conduct classes on person-centered care and the history of disability culture. Our trainings are taught by our leadership team and special presenters.

We provide on-site CPR & OIS training and host various types of trainings for our community.  Pricing for these starts at $90.
